Kids Wedding Club – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • The remaining balance is due 1 month before the event date.
  • If the event is booked within 1 month of the event date, full payment is required upfront and is non-refundable.
  • Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received in line with these terms.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • All payments (deposit or full balance) are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
  • Date changes may be considered at management's discretion and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

3. Responsibility for Children

  • Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for their child at all times.
  • Our team will supervise activities and provide entertainment, but we do not take responsibility for the behaviour, safety, or welfare of any child.
  • Children must be dropped off and collected by a responsible adult.
  • We reserve the right to remove any child from the club if their behaviour puts themselves or others at risk.

4. Child Safety

  • Our team follows our internal Child Safety Guidelines to ensure a controlled and secure environment.
  • This includes safe play procedures, structured activities, and age-appropriate equipment.
  • Parents must disclose any behavioural or additional support needs in advance.

5. Allergy & Medical Information

  • Parents must provide full and accurate allergy information before the event.
  • We operate a no food handling policy unless agreed in writing.
  • We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
  • Any medication requirements must be communicated in advance. Our staff do not administer medication.

6. Liability

  • Kids Wedding Club accepts no liability for accidents, injuries, allergic reactions, loss of belongings, or issues arising from undisclosed information.
  • Participation is entirely at the parent's and child's own risk.

7. Behaviour Standards

  • Parents are expected to ensure their child behaves appropriately and respects other children, staff, and equipment.
  • Damages caused by a child may result in additional charges to the parent or guardian.

8. Photography & Media

  • No photos will be taken by our team unless parents have provided written consent.
  • Parents must inform us in writing if they do not want their child included in any group photos.

9. Agreement

By booking the Kids Wedding Club, parents and guardians agree to all terms and conditions listed above.
